REFIT® is near and dear to me and has changed my life from the inside out. Through the support of a loving and accepting community of amazing women, I have learned to LOVE and be proud of the body I've been BLESSED with! God can use all of us no matter where we come from, or the shape/size of our bodies.
As my body has had some changes through the years, I’ve learned to still lean into what I AM capable of instead of constantly comparing to where I use to be.
REFIT® is the perfect environment for those of us who may not move how we use to but can also be challenging enough for the polished fitness buff.

I've been married since 2003, have 3 boys and a believer of Jesus Christ.
I love helping women to LOVE the bodies they are in. I have a dance background and LOVE group fitness. But it wasn't until I found REFIT® that I felt that I BELONGED!!
