Tika loves her ministry as Connections Director at Northside Church in Murfreesboro, TN. Being the Connections Director includes a variety of ministry opportunities, but one of those is leading the women of Northside.

After praying for 3 years for a fun fitness class to offer the women in the church and community, REFIT® fell into her lap! A new friend became an instructor, and Tika offered for her to teach at Northside. Never in a million years did Tika ever think that 1 1/2 years later, she would become a REFIT® Instructor!!

What is even better is watching women enjoy working out - so much so that they want to instruct others!! And Tika is overjoyed by watching the women build friendships with those they would've never met otherwise! Also, REFIT® has been an amazing connection to women in the community, and Northside has benefited from them and their families becoming a part of the church!

Tika became a Rev+Flow Instructor Summer of 2023!! Rev+Flow has been a wonderful addition to her workout routine AND to the Church's fitness class schedule!!! Join her and any of the other instructors at REFIT@Northside for either REFIT or Rev+Flow!!!
