Fitness emphasis: Your heart! We're gonna rank this intensity level HIGH if you keep the movements large and go for the jumping poses. During the freestyle chorus (jumping segment), you can modify the movement by keeping your feet on the ground and "striking a pose" without the jumps.
INSTRUCTOR TIP: Have FUN with this one in your classes! Your participants will feel the freedom to implement their own poses -- and remember, smiling and laughing is a cardio move!
