Certified AFAA and REFIT® Instructor Mica Petersen with other instructors joining in. It is never the Me Show. Our classes are about our community and being on a journey together. It's more fun when you work out with a friend, isn't it? All of the instructors share a passion for people, fitness, and great music. Everything from the playlist, to the movements to the challenge at the end of class are very intentional. But, you would never know it because we have such a great time. We love putting faith and fitness together in a fun, family friendly format! Everyone welcome - all fitness levels, ages, genders, dancers or the "wall flowers".

REFIT® is a fitness program that engages the whole person: body, mind and soul. This community-centered program focuses on building relationships as well as endurance. In this hour-long fitness class, participants will find easy to learn movements, inspiring music, and a family-friendly environment for all ages.
