I was born in Nashville, Tennessee and grew up in Hendersonville, Tennessee. I am married to Philip, and together we have a grown daughter who is married and a grown son who is engaged to be married next year, and we also have a 6 year old grandson and a 3 year old grandson. We live in Hendersonville, TN. REFIT® is a dance cardio fitness program designed to engage the heart as a muscle and a soul. I love REFIT® as an outreach ministry that offers fun clean songs and choreography. I have grown up doing gymnastics, cheerleading and have danced ballet and jazz at a young age and all the way through college and have taught dance fitness classes for the past 10 years. Pricing:
First class is FREE! $15 all day pass for the Family Ministry Center ("FMC") gym which includes REFIT and REV+FLOW by REFIT. Or you can join for a year membership for only $120.00 which includes all REFIT classes and all group fitness classes and unlimited use of the whole facility. You do not need to be a First Baptist Church member to join the FMC gym. REFIT classes at the FMC is for ladies only.
