Shipping
All orders are processed within 3 days of order date and shipped first-class mail (2-9 days) by way of United States Postal Service (USPS). You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as the product has been fulfilled.
Please note that delivery time may vary depending on your exact location. You may use to your tracking number on usps.com to check on the delivery status. We are able to ship internationally, and to most military stations.
If orders are not received after 21 days, please contact shop@refitrev.com.
Due to circumstances beyond our control, some international orders are stopped by the customs agency in your country. We are not responsible for customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply in any country. Any duties or taxes that may apply are your responsibility. If you have any questions, we encourage you to speak with your customs office. If the package is seized by customs officials or you refuse the package, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. You may be responsible for any return shipping charges in accordance with your local regulations. Please note that packages returned by customs can sometimes take as long as a year to return.
